DYE PLANT GARDEN

Lajtkraft’s passion for discovering the forgotten origins of colors and natural dyes is the foundation of my lab projects. My current project includes a dye plant garden, which is a part of a bigger effort to identify and grow the seeds of plants specific to certain regions in Europe. I don’t just grow own dye plants, I also harvest medicinal and textile dye plant from meadows and forests.
